The BC Centre for Excellence in HIV/AIDS Research is developing a web-based system of analyzing sequence chromatograms: Web RECall.
Web RECall is based off an algorithm designed to interpret chromatogram data and accurately predict consensus sequences which contain nucleotide mixtures at various positions.
Web RECall is not currently published, but please check back for exciting updates.
